In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s smoking ban regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and within the apartment. If smoking is detected, violators will face a fine of 50,000 yen.

电表跳闸后可以通过以下步骤复原：

To reset a tripped circuit breaker:

Check if any appliances in your home are overloaded or causing a short circuit.

Locate the circuit breaker or electrical panel and find the tripped switch (usually in the "OFF" position).

Push the tripped switch back to the "ON" position.
ブレーカーが落ちた場合の復旧方法：

家庭内の電化製品が過負荷や短絡を起こしていないか確認してください。

配電盤やブレーカーの場所を探し、落ちているスイッチ（通常「OFF」の位置）を見つけます。

落ちたスイッチを「ON」の位置に戻してください。
日本的一户建住宅电容有限，冬天使用电器时请注意适量使用。如果同时使用多个电器，可能会导致跳闸现象。发生跳闸时，不要惊慌，可以通过将电闸复位来解决。
日本の一戸建て住宅では、電力容量が限られているため、冬場の電化製品の使用は適量にしてください。同時に複数の電化製品を使用すると、ブレーカーが落ちる場合があります。ブレーカーが落ちた場合は、慌てずに電源を復旧してください。
In Japanese detached houses, the power capacity is limited. Please use appliances moderately during winter. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may cause a power trip. If a trip occurs, don't panic; you can resolve it by resetting the circuit breaker.

燃えるごみと燃えないごみは必ず別々の袋に入れてから出してください。
Please place burnable and non-burnable garbage in separate trash bags.
请把可燃垃圾和不可燃垃圾分别装在不同的垃圾袋里。
ゴミは可燃ごみと不燃ごみに分別してください。
退室の際は、ゴミ袋をそのままお部屋に置いていただけますようお願いいたします。
Please separate burnable and non-burnable garbage into different trash bags.
When checking out, please leave the trash bags inside the room.
